5. Partial Refunds When Work Has Started

If work has already started and you decide to cancel or not continue:

  • The refund amount will be reduced according to the value of the work already completed.
  • In simple terms: partial work = partial deduction.

For example, if a significant part of the agreed tasks has been done, we may retain that portion of the payment and refund only the part that relates to work not yet started.

6. No Cash Refunds for Completed Work

If a service, campaign, or project (or a clear milestone) has already been fully delivered as agreed:

  • The payment that covers the completed work is normally non‑refundable.
  • Instead of a cash refund, we may, at our discretion, offer equivalent services, adjustments, corrections, or extra support to help you get more value from what has been delivered.
  • This is because time, tools, and resources used to complete that work cannot be recovered.

7. Changes, Revisions, and Support

Where reasonable and within the scope of the original agreement, we prefer to fix issues or make fair revisions rather than cancel and refund.

If you are unhappy with any part of the service, please contact us quickly so we can review the situation and suggest possible solutions.

8. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available (or may be very limited) in the following situations:

  • Work is already completed or delivered as per the agreed scope.
  • Third‑party costs (such as ad spend, software, or tools) have already been paid or used on your behalf.
  • You delay or fail to provide needed content, access, or approvals, causing project delays or reduced performance.
  • You change your mind after the service has been substantially completed or used.
